Abuja, FCT/ACOFDC Africa — May 30, 2023 — Africa Chamber of Digital Commerce (ACOFDC) announces chair of the IDEATION Summit Ad-hoc Committee for the IDEATION Summit coming up in Gaborone, Botswana.
Dr. Tammy Francis have been appointed as Chair of the 2023 IDEATION Summit Ad-hoc committee, a strategic committee dedicated to lead preparations for the IDEATION Summit in Gaborone, Botswana, provide innovative suggestions and dynamic perspectives for a successful IDEATION Summit and also set the development agenda for the IDEATION Lab to be a one-stop shop for tech, innovation and smart investment center in Africa.
The chair will enhance the chamber’s focus on accelerating inclusive digital economy and tech investment into Africa and Diaspora nations as entrenched in our mission to create a digital economy that enhances digital trade, digital commerce and digital infrastructures to support job creation mechanisms. She will be working closely with all the sub-committees, allies and friends of the chamber to accelerate the actualization of the summit.
Dr. Tammy Francis is the Chief Executive Officer of Catalyst 4 Change Global (America) . She brings her wealth of experience to her new role of providing strategic leadership in the planning, coordination and implementation of the IDEATION Summit in Gaborone, Botswana. She comes to us with several years of project management experience, specifically in education, capacity building and advocacy, where she has dedicated more than 20 years in a wide variety of professional capacities in both the private, public and non-governmental sectors.
Dr. Tammy comes to the committee determined to create supportive space for next-generation founders, solution seekers, heads of states and governments across Africa. Dr. Tammy will be overseeing Programming, Corporate Sponsorship and Partnerships.
